These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the VOICY website and to the telecommunications and related services provided by VOICY ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Ι.Κ.Ε., having its registered office at 166A Kifisias Avenue, Marousi, 15126, Athens, Greece, VAT No. 802200892, G.E.MI. No. 171978707000 and registered with the Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT) under Registration No. 23-097 (“VOICY”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing our website, creating an account, ordering or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
If you use our services on behalf of a company, organisation or other legal entity, you confirm that you are authorised to act on its behalf and bind it to these Terms.
Specific services may also be subject to a Service Order, commercial agreement, price list, Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) or other service-specific terms. Where such terms differ from these Terms, the service-specific terms will apply in relation to the relevant service.
VOICY provides telecommunications, electronic communications and related services, including:
The exact features, specifications, pricing and availability of each service are defined in the applicable commercial offer, Service Order, Customer Portal or other agreement between you and VOICY.
Certain services may depend on technical availability, geographic location, regulatory requirements, numbering availability and third-party telecommunications providers.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information when requesting or using our services and to keep such information up to date.
Where required for regulatory, security, fraud-prevention or numbering purposes, VOICY may request additional information or documentation, including identification documents, company registration details, tax information, proof of address or information concerning the intended use of a service or telephone number.
VOICY may delay or refuse activation of a service where required information has not been provided or cannot reasonably be verified.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, passwords, SIP credentials, API keys and other access information.
You must notify VOICY promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised access, credential compromise, fraud or misuse affecting your account or services.
You must use the services lawfully, responsibly and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
You are responsible for the use of the services through accounts, credentials, systems, devices or infrastructure under your control.
Where you use VOICY services to provide telecommunications or related services to your own customers or end-users, you are responsible for ensuring that such use complies with the legal, regulatory and contractual requirements applicable to you.
You must not use the services in a way that interferes with the operation, security, integrity or performance of VOICY’s systems, networks or services, or those of third parties.
You must not use, or allow others to use, the services for:
You are responsible for taking reasonable measures to protect PBX systems, SIP infrastructure, endpoints, networks, credentials and user accounts under your control.
Except where unauthorised traffic results from circumstances for which VOICY is legally responsible, traffic generated through valid Customer credentials, authorised IP addresses, systems or endpoints may be treated as originating from your account.
VOICY may restrict or temporarily block traffic, destinations or services where fraudulent, unlawful or materially abnormal activity is detected or reasonably suspected.
Such measures are intended to protect the Customer, VOICY and telecommunications networks and do not constitute a guarantee that VOICY will detect or prevent all fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
Telephone numbers provided through VOICY are made available as rights of use and remain subject to applicable national numbering plans, regulatory requirements and the rules of the relevant numbering authority or provider.
The allocation of a telephone number does not transfer ownership of the numbering resource to the Customer.
VOICY may require information or documentation before assigning or activating a telephone number where required by applicable law, regulatory requirements or the relevant numbering provider.
Number availability is not guaranteed until the requested number has been successfully assigned and activated.
Where number portability is available, VOICY will process portability requests in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures and technical requirements.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for a portability request.
A portability request may be delayed or rejected where the required information is incomplete or incorrect, the number is not eligible for portability, or applicable regulatory or technical requirements have not been satisfied.
For telephone numbers outside Greece, availability, activation and portability may additionally depend on the rules and procedures applicable in the relevant country and on third-party numbering providers or carriers.
Where applicable to the relevant service, access to emergency communications, including the European emergency number 112, is provided in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
IP-based telecommunications services depend on factors such as internet connectivity, electrical power, network configuration, equipment and, where applicable, accurate location information.
Where information is required for the proper provision of emergency communications, you are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping it up to date.
The availability and operation of emergency communications may vary depending on the nature and configuration of the service being used.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any obligation or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Charges for the services are specified in the applicable Service Order, commercial offer, agreement, price list, rate notification or Customer Portal.
Depending on the service, charges may include recurring subscription fees, usage charges, call charges, number rental fees, setup or activation fees, porting charges and other agreed service charges.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes or statutory charges.
Where a service operates on a prepaid basis, you are responsible for maintaining sufficient account credit.
VOICY may restrict or suspend usage when the available balance has been exhausted or an agreed credit threshold has been reached.
Invoices must be paid within the payment period specified on the invoice or in the applicable agreement.
If you believe an invoice contains an error, you should notify VOICY promptly and provide sufficient information for the matter to be investigated.
Any undisputed amounts remain payable in accordance with the agreed payment terms.
Changes to subscription charges or other contractual charges will be made in accordance with the applicable agreement and any requirements imposed by applicable law.
For wholesale, carrier or other usage-based services, rate changes may be communicated in accordance with the rate notification procedure agreed with the Customer.
VOICY aims to provide reliable and continuous services. However, telecommunications and IP-based services may depend on systems, infrastructure and networks outside VOICY’s direct control.
Service availability or quality may be affected by:
VOICY may perform maintenance, upgrades and technical changes where reasonably necessary for the operation, security, compatibility or improvement of the services.
Where reasonably practicable, VOICY will provide advance notice of planned maintenance expected to materially affect service availability.
Any specific availability commitment, service credit or compensation arrangement applies only where expressly provided in an applicable SLA, agreement or applicable law.
VOICY may restrict, block or suspend all or part of a service where reasonably necessary, including where:
Where circumstances permit, VOICY will seek to inform you of the relevant issue and provide an opportunity to remedy it.
Immediate action may be taken where necessary to prevent fraud, unlawful activity, security incidents, network damage or material regulatory exposure.
The duration and termination conditions applicable to a service are defined in the relevant Service Order, commercial agreement or other service-specific terms.
Termination does not affect payment obligations, rights or liabilities that arose before the effective termination date.
Any mandatory notice periods, termination rights or other protections provided by applicable law remain unaffected.

VOICY seeks to keep website information accurate and up to date but does not guarantee that all content will at all times be complete, error-free or current. Service specifications, availability and pricing are subject to the applicable commercial or contractual documentation.
The VOICY website may contain links to third-party websites. VOICY does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security or privacy practices of third-party websites.
All intellectual property rights relating to the VOICY website, software, platforms, documentation, trademarks, logos, branding and proprietary technology belong to VOICY or their respective licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, reverse engineer, sublicense or commercially exploit VOICY’s proprietary materials except where expressly authorised by VOICY or permitted by applicable law.
VOICY processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the VOICY Privacy Policy available on our website.
Depending on the nature of the services provided, additional data protection terms or agreements may apply to the relationship between VOICY and the Customer.
Where you provide personal data relating to your employees, customers, users or other third parties to VOICY, you are responsible for ensuring that you are legally entitled to provide such information for the relevant purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VOICY shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the services, including loss of profits, revenue or business opportunity.
VOICY shall not be responsible for service failures or degradation resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including failures of Customer equipment, internet connectivity, third-party telecommunications networks, upstream carriers or other external infrastructure.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
VOICY may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to its services, applicable laws and regulations, technical requirements, security measures or operational practices.
The latest version of the Terms will be made available on the VOICY website together with the applicable “Last Updated” date.
Where a change materially affects the contractual rights or obligations of an existing Customer, VOICY will provide any notice or termination rights required under the applicable agreement and applicable law.
Where applicable law requires a specific procedure before contractual changes can take effect, that procedure will apply.
These Terms and the contractual relationship between you and VOICY are governed by the laws of Greece.
Subject to any mandatory jurisdictional rules or other rights provided by applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall be submitted to the competent courts of Athens, Greece.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right to refer a matter to the Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT) or another competent authority where such right exists.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
A failure or delay by either party to exercise a right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
These Terms, together with any applicable Service Order, commercial agreement, SLA or service-specific terms, constitute the terms governing the relevant services.
